Meet Puja Sahu, Co-Founder of Potbelly. Her #shefoughtback journey started when she entered the restaurant industry, before that she had been pursuing design. Initially, she had faced many problems due to her lack of prior knowledge of running a restaurant and she had also started with limited funds, Hiring staff was another challenge that Puja faced in the otherwise male-dominated restaurant industry that wasn’t very welcoming towards females restaurateurs. But she fought back with every challenge and today she is successfully running her restaurant. This restaurant, the Potbelly is one-of-its-kind since it is Delhi’s first-ever Bihari restaurant.
