Women innovation & Entrepreneurship Foundation(WIEF) Incubation Centre is established at Sec 6, Noida, UP . WIEF India Incubation Centre will be guided by a well-qualified and competent Board of Directors and Industry Experts. WIEF Community is 400+ Active Investor, 700+ Mentor, 180+ Startup
WIEF will have access to Institutes’ wifi-enabled infrastructure like Meeting room with LCD projectors, technical labs, seminar halls, conference rooms, board rooms, computer labs, library, cafeteria, vehicle parking and other facilities. This Incubation program dedicated to women’s Entrepreneurs . We focus on overall growth (Zero to 1)
Ours is an incubation center with difference because of our belief system which concentrates not only on women empowerment but also opens up newer avenues of challenging the status quo of current indian entrepreneurial system. Our Process
1 month we support to build pitch and finance deck
2-3 Month we connect with mentor and industrial expert
4-6 month work on prototype and Go To Market Strategy
7-10 Month fund raising and IP work
11-12 Final Report and Graduate
Program Details
DETAILED ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Entrepreneurs and Start-ups interested in applying for incubation at WIEF Incubation Centre will be considered under the following criteria:
1. Entrepreneurs/Start-ups may be an individual or groups of individuals working towards the development of innovative products/ processes/ services and must have a scalable business model with a high potential of employment generation or wealth creation.
Entrepreneurs/Start-ups may be registered under either form of a business entity as follows:
Private Limited Company (under The Companies Act, 2013); or\Sole proprietorship Company; or
One Person Company; or
A Registered Partnership Firm (under The Indian Partnership Act, 1932); or
A Limited Liability Partnership (under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008); or
A “Commercial Establishment” in any other form allowed by Government of India laws or as notified in the Official Gazette.
Entrepreneurs/Startups with no legal registration may be considered for incubation provided the application is submitted in the names of all promoters/founders. Also, the promoters/founders must ensure that the Start-up is registered under either form of a business entity listed in point 2, within a period of One Year from the start date of incubation at EDC Incubation Centre.
Further to the criteria mentioned in Section 2, the registered Start-up:
Must not be older than 7 years from the date of registration/ company incorporation (Biotechnology-related startups must not be older than 10 years from the date of registration/ company incorporation).
Its annual turnover (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) in any preceding financial year must not exceed INR. 20 crore.
Only Women Entrepreneurs can Apply
Must not be formed by splitting up, or reconstruction, of a business already in existence.
Must be working towards the development of innovative products/ processes/services and must have a scalable business model with a high potential for employment generation or wealth creation.
This is an equity free Incubation program but we have a small registration fee after selection.

Procedure Post Submission
After the completion of Six months training programme, The Committee will evaluate and monitor the progress of the startups and will recommend the proposal of selected startups to the Gov for final funding presentation.
