Diana Paredes

Diana Paredes, CEO, and Co-Founder of Saude. Her #shefoughtback journey started as prior to founding Suade, she had a successful career in investment banking covering all asset classes at Barclays and Merrill Lynch, across sales, trading, and structuring. Whilst working in the industry, she saw an opportunity to innovate and launch my current FinTech startup.

According to her, All leaders encounter challenges, whether male or female, but one of the challenges women do tend to face more is having less confidence and being less assertive than men in the workplace. She had also experienced this as part of her mentoring program, Girls in Tech, where our aim is to encourage women to stay in the tech industry.
